UConn's 2025 College Counselors Forum Interest Form
Each year, the University of Connecticut brings together a diverse group of school counselors for an all-expenses-paid university visitation and counselor enrichment program which provides an in-depth view of the unique opportunities that exist for undergraduate students at UConn.
This year, the University of Connecticut's College Counselors Forum (UC Forum) will be held from
November 2-5, 2025
, with November 2 and November 5 reserved primarily as travel days.
UConn is also pleased to offer ground transportation to counselors attending College Board Forum, which begins on November 5 in nearby New York City.

Note:
To ensure the program has representation from a wide variety geographic areas, and from schools/organizations covering an array of academic foci, the planning committee will use this form to conduct a selection process for all those who have indicated interest in attending. Completion of the College Counselors Forum Interest Form does not guarantee one's place in the program.
