UConn Alliance Pathway Recognition Form

As a participant in UConn Alliance Pathway, you have the ability to identify your top 10% of seniors to receive a UConn application fee waiver. You should use both of the following criteria in identifying students, recognizing that there may be overlap between the two groups:

Top 10% of their senior class, and;
Top 10% of seniors who are eligible for free/reduced lunch

Please use this form to submit the names and contact information of recognized seniors. The deadline for submission is November 15, 2024.

We encourage students and school counselors to contact the admissions officer from their area with questions about UConn’s admission process.
